Covid-19 Updated Procedures and Practices

Bungunyah Apartments has always had strict cleaning guidelines but since COVID-19 we have altered our policy to include actions that will help protect our guests and staff as per government requirements. Our villas are self contained and have individual kitchens, bathrooms and laundries with no sharing of these facilities. We have always had contactless check-ins and checkouts and will continue this practice along with the provision of hand soap in bathrooms and kitchens of every villa. Cleaners have been instructed in villa units to clean surface areas first then use viraclean ensuring contact surfaces have been thoroughly disinfected. They will utilize gloves and face masks when servicing weekly. Only 1 cleaner to each villa unit and guests will be requested to vacate the villa unit whilst the weekly service takes place therein protecting them and our staff members. After departure all villa units will be thoroughly aired, cleaned and sanitized to the best of our ability.

What you can expect during your stay?

    • High-traffic areas are regularly sanitized.
    • Staff are required to regularly wash hands.
    • Regular temperature checks for staff.

    • Doctors available 24/7 in the area.
    • Individually wrapped toiletries.
  • 24-hour minimum vacancy between guests.

We will constantly review these procedures and implement additional measures as and when necessary to ensure our Guest’s safety while staying with us.
