For stays of more than 8 nights, we provide a weekly servicing of your villa, which is compulsory to help us maintain our high standards of maintenance and cleanliness and ensure the property remains comfortable throughout your visit.
Free Parking and EV Charging
Free offstreet parking is included in the tariff, with a single garage and space for a second car in front. If you have an electric vehicle, EV charging is available via a standard wall outlet at $20 per night. This needs to be arranged with management in advance.

You can Check-in to your villa after 2.00pm. Check-out time is strictly 10.00am. You can request a later check-out or an earlier check-in, but this is subject to availability.
How do I check in?
You will receive an email 24 hours before check-in time. It will contain all the information you need to check-in.
Is the villa serviced during longer stays?
For stays longer than 8 nights, we provide weekly servicing to keep your villa clean, tidy, and comfortable, ensuring your stay remains enjoyable from start to finish.
What are the quiet hours?
Quiet hours are between 8.00pm and 9.00am.
What is the smoking policy?
Smoking is not allowed inside. There are ashtrays for those who smoke in the garden of each Villa, including the Cotton Villa.
What is the child policy?
Children are welcome at Bungunyah Apartments. If you need a cot or high chair they are available at a small cost.
Is there a welcome pack on arrival?
Yes. There is a welcome pack that contains milk, sugar, tea, coffee and some biscuits.
