We hope your stay with us is a happy and memorable visit.  Management can be contacted within business hours between 9am – 5 pm by ringing 0455 678 886.  After hours, phone 0455 678 886 / 0403 914 895 for emergencies. Please be aware that after-hour call outs (except in the instance of an emergency) may incur a fee.

Should you have a medical/fire/police emergency please call 000 for Victoria’s emergency services.

We are very conscious about giving and providing a high standard of service and are open to constructive feedback. Please feel free to either speak with one of us or leave your comments on the feedback sheet provided within this folder. Our facilities are non-smoking apartments. We thank you for smoking outside and disposing of your cigarette-butts thoughtfully.

Keys – Please only enter and exit via the front door of your villa unit.  The 2 sets of keys you have ONLY unlock the front door. If you put the security latch on and exit via another door you will not be able to access your unit.

Starter Packs – Complimentary tea, coffee and sugar as well as bathroom amenity packs are initially provided on arrival.  These are once off starter packs to give you time to purchase your own supplies.

Apartment Servicing – Apartments will be serviced on a weekly basis for those staying 8 nights or more.  This includes changing the bed linen, towels, etc. and cleaning the apartment. More frequent servicing can be arranged at an added cost.

Garbage – Garbage bins are located behind the brush fence opposite unit 2. Green bins are for rubbish and blue lidded bins for recycling.

Utilities / Heating & Cooling / Lighting – Please ensure that unnecessary lights, heating and cooling are turned off when vacating the villa unit for an extended period of time.  When turning the heater off please do not turn it off at the wall but at the control panel on the heater. The internal fan is a safety mechanism required for cooling down the motor; it must stay on once the heater is turned off.

Departure – Check out time is 10am. Late check-outs may be negotiated depending on circumstances.  On departure, please leave both sets of keys on the kitchen bench. The premise is to be left in a clean and tidy state, including all garbage wrapped and emptied into the outside garbage bin. Dishes are to be washed and not left on sink. Dish washing liquid and a scouring brush are underneath sink.

Information / Assistance – Please contact us if any assistance is required – Please do not move the furniture. If you do require an item of furniture to be moved, please contact us and we will gladly assist if possible.
