The villa offers ducted cooling and heating through a centralised split system, ensuring year round comfort. Each room is equipped with alarm clocks that have built in wireless charging and two USB C ports, making it easy and convenient to recharge your devices.

Weekly Servicing of your Villa
For stays of more than 8 nights, we provide a weekly servicing of your villa, which is compulsory to help us maintain our high standards of maintenance and cleanliness and ensure the property remains comfortable throughout your visit.
Free Parking and EV Charging
The villa has a double garage with an automatic door to make it easy getting in and out. There is direct access to the villa through the laundry and also to the back garden.
For those with electric vehicles, EV charging is available via a standard wall outlet for $20 per night. Please arrange this with management in advance.
