The open plan lounge room is perfect for unwinding and features all new furnishings, as well as a new Smart TV. Free high speed WIFI internet is also included.
Ducted cooling and heating via a centralised split system ensure year round comfort. In addition, there are alarm clocks with built in wireless charging, as well as two USB C Ports in each room, making recharging your devices easy and convenient.
Master Bedroom Retreat
The master bedroom features a new, plush queen size bed, creating an inviting sanctuary for relaxation and unwinding. It comes equipped with a TV and offers ample storage space with a walk in wardrobe, adding a touch of luxury to your stay.
Master Bedroom Ensuite
The spacious ensuite has been thoughtfully designed for both relaxation and convenience. It includes an oversized shower as well as a hairdryer.

For added convenience, there is a fully equipped laundry that is accessed via the kitchen. It includes a brand new washer and dryer, along with an iron and ironing board.
Weekly Servicing of your Villa
For stays of more than 8 nights we provide a weekly servicing of your villa.
Free Parking and EV Charging
The villa features a double garage with an automatic door for added convenience, providing direct access to the villa through the laundry and to the back garden. For those with electric vehicles, EV charging is available via a standard wall outlet for $20 per night. Please arrange this with management in advance.
