The open plan lounge room is ideal for unwinding. It comes with all new furnishings, as well as a new Smart TV. Free high speed WiFi is also included.
Ducted cooling and heating through a centralised split system ensures year round comfort. In addition, each room is equipped with alarm clocks featuring built in wireless charging and two USB C ports. This makes it easy and convenient to recharge your devices.
Master Bedroom Retreat

For stays of more than 8 nights, we provide a weekly servicing of your villa, which is compulsory to help us maintain our high standards of maintenance and cleanliness and ensure the property remains comfortable throughout your visit.
Free Parking and EV Charging
The villa has a double garage with an automatic door to make it easy getting in and out. There is direct access to the villa through the laundry and also to the back garden.
For those with electric vehicles, we have installed a 7Kwh EV charger for this villa. The additional cost is $20 per night.

Yes, for bookings longer than 8 nights, weekly servicing is included to keep the villa clean and well maintained.
What are the quiet hours?
Quiet hours are between 8.00pm and 9.00am.
What is the smoking policy?
Smoking is not allowed inside. There are ashtrays for those who smoke in the garden of each Villa, including the Yarrabee Villa.
What is the child policy?
Children are most welcome at Bungunyah Apartments. If you need a cot or high chair they are available at a small cost.
