You will receive an email 24 hours before check-in time. It will contain all the information you need to check-in.

For stays longer than 8 nights, we provide weekly servicing of your villa to maintain high standards of cleanliness and upkeep, ensuring your stay remains comfortable throughout.
What are the quiet hours?
Quiet hours are between 8.00pm and 9.00am.
What is the smoking policy?
Smoking is not allowed inside. There are ashtrays for those who smoke in the garden of each Villa, including the Cotton Villa.

Children are welcome at Bungunyah Apartments. If you need a cot or high chair they are available at a small cost.
