For stays of more than 8 nights, we provide a weekly servicing of your villa, which is compulsory to help us maintain our high standards of maintenance and cleanliness and ensure the property remains comfortable throughout your visit.
Free Parking and EV Charging
The villa has a double garage with an automatic door to make it easy getting in and out. There is direct access to the villa through the laundry and also to the back garden.
For those with electric vehicles, EV charging is available via a standard wall outlet for $20 per night. Please arrange this with management in advance.

You can Check-in to your villa after 2.00pm. Check-out time is strictly 10.00am. You can request a later check-out or an earlier check-in, but this is subject to availability.
How do I check in?
You will receive an email 24 hours before check-in time. It will contain all the information you need to check-in.
Is the villa serviced during longer stays?
For stays longer than 8 nights, we provide weekly servicing of your villa to maintain high standards of cleanliness and upkeep, ensuring your stay remains comfortable throughout.
What are the quiet hours?
Quiet hours are between 8.00pm and 9.00am.
What is the smoking policy?
Smoking is not allowed inside. There are ashtrays for those who smoke in the garden of each Villa, including the Kookaburra Villa.
