Our freestanding villas give you space to relax, prepare your own meals and do your own laundry, which can help reduce the cost of eating out and using hotel laundry services during a longer stay.
Each villa includes separate bedrooms, full sized bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining areas and laundry facilities. Private outdoor space also gives you somewhere to relax at the end of the day.

Just a 3 minute drive away, you’ll find restaurants, cafes, and shops. Alternatively, if you prefer some exercise, a quick 15 minute walk will take you to the heart of Croydon.
We are also surrounded by many playgrounds as well as green open spaces. These include Croydon Town Park, Croydon Park, Adams Reserve Park and Barngeong Reserve Playground.
At Bungunyah, we take pride in our high standard of accommodation. Inspections of our villa units are always welcome.

What are the Check-in and Check-out times?
You can Check-in to your villa after 2.00pm. Check-out time is strictly 10.00am. You can request a later check-out or an earlier check-in, but this is subject to availability.
Is the villa serviced during longer stays?
Yes, for bookings longer than 8 nights, weekly servicing is included to maintain cleanliness and comfort throughout your stay.
What is the smoking policy?
Smoking is not allowed inside. There are ashtrays for those who smoke in the garden of each Villa.
