Bungunyah Apartments offers a cost effective alternative to traditional hotels, especially for families seeking spacious accommodation, as well as a private outdoor space. Unlike hotels, which typically offer small rooms with en-suite facilities, our freestanding villa units provide families with multiple rooms, including separate bedrooms, full sized bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens, lounges, and laundry facilities. For larger families or groups, our larger villa units even feature two bathrooms and a family room, ensuring ample space for everyone, as well as a space to gather as a family.
Whether you’re a small family or a large one traveling together, we cater to your needs. This is because our villas range from 1 bedroom units up to 3 bedrooms. This includes 3 brand new deluxe villas with the option of 2 or 3 bedrooms.
Stay Longer and Pay Less
Tariffs are greatly discounted with a minimum stay of a week and even cheaper for longer bookings. Less than a week bookings may be considered to fill in gaps.

Our well equipped villa units ensure that families have everything they need just like at home, including cooking facilities, laundry amenities, flat screen TVs, and a wide selection of DVDs, CDs, and books for relaxation. Weekly servicing, linen, and parking are all included in the tariff. Each unit also features its own alfresco entertainment area with a BBQ and private gardens.

We are also surrounded by many playgrounds as well as green open spaces. These include Croydon Town Park, Croydon Park, Adams Reserve Park and Barngeong Reserve Playground.
